How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps: 

1. Toggle to Support Portal in the navigation bar.
2. Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner.
3. Complete the form and fill in the following fields: 
   1. Email: Enter your email address.
   2. Support Reason: Select “Membership cancellation."
   3. Ticket Name: Provide a brief subject (e.g., "Cancel Membership").
   4. Ticket Description: Provide a brief explanation for your cancellation request.
4. Submit the ticket: Once submitted, our team will process your request.
